The Woodcreek Oaks Owners Association is a California Non-Profit Mutual Benefit Corporation #C1962086 established to manage the common affairs of the gated community of 100 homes known as "The Retreat" in Roseville, California on the south side of Pleasant Grove Blvd. between Woodcreek Oaks Blvd. and Country Club Dr. The homes in the community are subject to certain Codes, Covenants, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and the neighborhood association is governed according to its Bylaws and sections of the California Civil Code known as the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act.
