Budget

The Association's fiscal year is the same as the calendar year (January 1 through December 31). An Annual Budget is prepared under the direction of and approved by the Board of Directors. The budget includes both an annual operating budget and a reserve budget. Reserve funds are used for the major expenses of maintaining certain common areas, such as roads, gates, etc. The magnitude of these major expenses is estimated in an annual update to the Reserve Study. These documents are distributed to the membership every year.
