Dues

Association members pay monthly assessments (dues) to support the operation of the homeowners association and maintain common areas (roads, front yard landscaping, gates, etc.) on behalf of the community. The amount of the monthly assessment is determined on an annual basis as part of the budget process. The current monthly assessment is $182.50. To see your current statement, make a one-time payment, or review your payment history, you can use our Association Manager's Website. If you would like the convenience of paying by automatic ACH debit from your checking account, you can use the form provided below to set it up.

Otherwise, you can mail your check to the Association Manager; it's due on the first of the month. If your online bill payment system requests a phone number for the payee, please use the association manager's main office number: 916-740-2462.
